Alice Florist promises quality of services. Please read the following to learn more about our delivery policy.

• Alice Florist provides delivery service throughout Malaysia and Singapore.
• There will be NO CHARGE for deliveries within our coverage areas. Please refer to the following Delivery Charges section for further information. Alternatively, the delivary location options in our order confirmation will auto-calculate the delivery charge accordingly.
• All the delivery date and time is specified in Malaysia/Singapore (GMT+08:00) time zone.
• Please note that orders received before 1:00PM will be delivered on the same day, unless specified otherwise. Orders made after 1:00PM of weekday will be delivered on the next day, or the following Monday for orders made on Saturday and Sunday. Orders made for outstation delivery must be made one day in advance. To guarantee the availability of stocks for peak season delivery like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, please order 5 days in advance.
• Alice Florist guarantees the quality of the products sent when leaving the premises. All flowers are delivered by hand and hampers are sometimes delivered by post. Any problems or complains upon receipt of products must be made within 24 hours. Any refund or return request will be handled on case to case basis.
• Please ensure that all information is correct before submitting an order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, postcode, contact number & delivery date. Alice Florist will not be liable to any delay or failure of delivery in orders due to incomplete information given. No refund will be given if insufficient information is given. No P.O. box addresses will be accepted. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, no refunds will be made as the ordered items are considered as delivered. In cases such as failure of delivery to some rural areas, no refund will be given. You can always contact us to inquire further confirmation about delivery coverage. We will be more than happy to hear from you.
• Please check your e-mail immediately after placing an order, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation from us. This e-mail contains your order number as well as a summary of your order. If there are any changes to be made you may reply the e-mail with the details of your order. We will do the necessary changes as per your request. If you wish to track your order and flower delivery status, kindly login to your account and click on the Buying History page. Should a problem arises, we will contact you via e-mail with an explanation of the problem, along with a phone number that can be used to contact our customer service hotline.
• Please note that seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colours may not always be available. In some extreme cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. The dimensions given for arrangements are mere approximations. However, you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers' sizes.
• In certain cases, subject to stock-availability, we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item which is of equal or higher value. In these circumstances, alternative containers of similar or greater value and style will be used.
