1.0 Acceptance of Terms
- 1.1 This Payment Policy is between you ("You" or "Your") and Alice Florist. Any person or entity acting on your behalf shall also be bound by these Terms and you agree to be responsible for such person's or entity's actions.
2.0 Payment
- 2.1 All products in Alice Florist are quoted and traded in Ringgit Malaysia only. Total amount billed on your invoice is calculated based on the price shown at the moment you made the purchase.
- 2.2 Depending on the type of payment option selected, you must provide sufficient required information in order for Alice Florist to further verify and process the payment. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Alice Florist has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service.
- 2.3 All fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the service or product is cancelled by you, at any time, unless expressly stated as otherwise in these Terms. Alice Florist may reject an order in their sole discretion.
- 2.4 Alice Florist reserves the right to impose additional delivery charge, if it is required.
- 2.5 If your credit card is invalid or you are otherwise past due in your payments for any reason, the service or product may be terminated for delivery.

- For direct bank transfer, please head on to any of the following bank, and bank-in the total amount billed in your invoice to the designated account as mentioned below, and proceed to step 2.

- Be sure to collect the receipt of your bank-in transaction. Write down your Order Reference ID on the receipt/slip, and return it back to Alice Florist via any of the following approaches:
- To pay with cheque, please issue to the following beneficiary name. Be reminded that we only accept cheque issued by Malaysia banks.
- Once your payment is successfully acknowledged, you will be notified via email
Please note that, failure in producing your receipt of bank transfer will lead to ignorance of your order.
